End of Year Online Sale — Terms & Conditions

By participating in and making a purchase during our online sale with Charbonneau Interiors and Charbonneau Shop, you agree to the terms and conditions.

1. Online Sale Only
This promotion is valid exclusively for online purchases made through our website and social media. No in-studio shopping, browsing, or in-person sales will be available during this promotion. Please do not visit the studio to shop or place orders in person.

2. Local Pickup & Delivery Options
Customers may select either:

• Local Pickup at our studio (pickup details will be provided via email after purchase), or
   

• Free Delivery within a 10-mile radius of the studio address.
  Shipping / deliveries outside of this radius are not included and will require standard delivery / shipping fees.
   

3. Order Processing & Pickup Scheduling
Pickup appointments must be scheduled in advance. You will receive a confirmation email with available pickup windows. Orders not retrieved within 14 days may be canceled or refunded at our discretion.

4. Limited Quantities & Availability
All items are offered while supplies last and are on a first come first serve basis. DM’ing to purchase does not guarantee availability until the payment has been shared and Charbonneau Interiors Instagram team has confirmed the purchase.

5. All Sales Final
Due to the nature of this sale, all discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

6. Promotion Dates
This sale is valid only during the dates listed on the promotional materials. No price adjustments will be made before or after the sale period.
