As our Operations Consultant, she handles all of our systems and task management—ensuring we operate at our highest level so we can show up as the best version of ourselves for our clients. With a knack for bringing order to chaos, Tracy keeps our team on track in thoughtful, creative ways that support both our process and our people. Her behind-the-scenes impact is felt in every seamless experience we deliver.
