While the entire home is one of our most memorable transformations, the dining room at Meadowbrook Homestead features so many memorable details. This well-loved 1990s home was in serious need of some TLC. As soon as we walked the site with our clients, our team had dreams of turning this outdated space into a peaceful retreat. This project included a complete gut and overhaul renovation, where you’ll now find:

One of our most FUN — and colorful — dining spaces, Hope Valley's breakfast nook is fresh, contemporary, and curated, bridging beauty with function for this very busy family of 5! In this nook you'll find:

Best of Open Concept Dining:

Modern Manor, Spring, Texas

When it comes to open concept living spaces, it can sometimes be difficult to find separation with spaces. That's no problem here at Modern Manor, where you'll find designated kitchen, dining, and bar spaces that are perfectly positioned for gathering with friends and family. Here, you’ll find:

Best of Outdoor Dining:

Hope Valley, The Woodlands, Texas
