Meadowbrook Homestead, The Woodlands, Texas

Our Best Before & After bathroom remodel goes to our Meadowbrook Homestead’s primary suite. While the entire home is one of our most memorable transformations, the primary bath specifically will always hold a special place in our design hearts. This well-loved 1990s home was in serious need of some TLC. As soon as we walked the site with our clients, our team had dreams of turning this outdated space into a peaceful retreat. This project included a complete gut and overhaul renovation, where you’ll now find:

Stand-alone tub with custom tile niche
Automated window coverings
Brand new shower
Custom finishes and built-ins

Best Before & After Runner Up:

Watertree Renovation, The Woodlands, Texas

In a close second for Best Before & After, Watertree Reno’s primary bath is a true testament to the power of breathing life into an outdated home! With a completely reconfigured layout and overhaul, this 1980s primary bath is now a peaceful retreat for this family to enjoy for many more years to come. Here, you’ll find:

Stand-alone tub with niche shelving
Custom cabinetry
Built-in shower niche

Best of Finishes:

Conroe Chic Primary Suite, Conroe, Texas

Best of Finishes goes to our Conroe Chic Primary Suite! Tasked to transform the finishes and surfaces in this primary bath, Senior Designer Lauren brought in beautiful brass accents and pastel green cabinetry for this master bath renovation. This project included a surface and finish remodel, where you’ll now find:

Green cabinetry
Brass hardware and faucets
Marble tile in the shower
Recessed, mirrored medicine cabinets

Best of Guest Bath:

Fairway Transitional, Carlton Woods, Texas

Modern, swanky, and FUN are the three words we’d use to describe the renovated guest bath from our Fairway Transitional project! Inspired by our clients’ son and his love of modern design, our team brought in quartz surfaces and statement-making tile to make this monochromatic design pop with depth and texture. Here, you’ll find:

Luxurious Cambria quartz surfaces
Detailed tilework
Custom shower niche

Best of Pool Bath:

Hope Valley, The Woodlands, Texas

When it comes to the pool bath, we love when our clients are open to having fun with this often overlooked space. At Hope Valley, our clients’ love for color and fun came to the forefront, making this specialty space the best of our pool bath designs. Here, you’ll find:

Custom made light fixture
Blue framed mirrors
Colorful bath decor

Best of Powder Bath:

Her Zen Den, The Woodlands, Texas

Small but mighty, the powder bath at Maple Path is our “best of powder bath”! This surface and finish renovation transformed a well-loved space into a modern and contemporary corner. Built just off of the zen den, in this powder bath you’ll find:

Custom quartz surfaces
Under-counter storage
Custom mirror

Best of Bath Wallpaper:

Watertree Renovation, The Woodlands, Texas

Wallpaper is a great addition to any space, but this finish can be particularly powerful in small spaces like the powder bath! At our Watertree Renovation project, we installed this beautiful geometric wallpaper with a shimmering blue texture. In this powder bath remodel, you’ll find:

Geometric wallpaper
Modern acrylic vanity and mirror accents

Best of Bath Tile:

Maple Path, The Woodlands, Texas

Modern mix & match tile work is our love language, and at our Maple Path renovation our client fully trusted us with our vision for their master bath remodel! With our custom design, we brought in a mix of tiles and patterns to bring depth and interest to the light and bright bath. In addition to the custom tile work, you’ll find:

Custom wet bath with standalone tub and shower finishes
Geometric and hexagonal tiles
Custom medicine cabinets recessed into the vanity mirrors
